Notifications
Open system Settings, find Söz, and choose Notifications to allow or disable reminders. Turning reminders off does not affect lessons or saved progress.
Photo access
Söz asks for add-only photo access when you choose to save a word card. You can review or revoke that permission in system Settings. Söz does not browse your photo library.
Local learning data
Deleting Söz removes its local app data from that device. Before deleting, remember that progress which has not synced may not be recoverable.
iCloud learning backup
If iCloud sync is available, key learning data may remain in your private iCloud storage after the app is deleted. You can disable iCloud access for Söz and use Apple’s available iCloud storage controls to remove app data. Setting names vary by operating system version.
Analytics
Söz uses TelemetryDeck for anonymized product analytics and does not use advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking. The current app does not include a separate analytics toggle. Contact us if you have a question about this processing.
No account to delete
Söz does not create a user account, so there is no account deletion request or web login. We generally cannot identify device-only or private iCloud data remotely.

Email hello@getsoz.com with “Privacy” in the subject. We will explain which steps apply to your version and respond to rights requests we can reasonably verify.
